During meetings with 11 young farmers between the age of 25-35, we had the opportunity to get to know enthusiastic professionals who love their job and are looking to improve their skills by learning more about existing opportunities that will help them contribute to growth in productivity, improvement of methods used for Marketing and at the same time expanding information about the job market.
Thanks to these meetings held over a period of two days, we managed to identify individual needs and focus groups related to the field, as well as identify key challenges related to cultivation and market development.
